Nature of services
Coaching services are non-clinical and are not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment services. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or engage coaching services.
Scheduling, payment, and packages
- Sessions are 60 minutes and delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are described on our Pricing page and are due as outlined in your coaching agreement.
- Packages are intended to be used within a reasonable, agreed-upon window.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Coaching is a collaborative process, and your results depend on your engagement, honesty, and follow-through. You agree to seek appropriate licensed professional care for any medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters.
Intellectual property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, the Momentum Method™, the So What Mindset™, and related materials is owned by or licensed to Momentum Transformational Coaching™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Transformational Coaching™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Not for emergencies
