Booking and reserved time
When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, the cancellation and rescheduling terms below help ensure fairness and keep your momentum going.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' advance notice at no charge.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or missing a session without notice, may result in the session being forfeited.
- The specific notice window is confirmed in your coaching agreement.
Cancellations
You may cancel an upcoming, unused session or package by contacting us. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for late cancellations, are outlined in your coaching agreement.
Refunds
- Single sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
- For packages, refunds (if any) are calculated based on unused sessions at the standard single-session rate, less any applicable fees, unless otherwise required by law.
- Discounted package value is contingent on completing the full package.
Package expiration
Packages are intended to be used within a reasonable, agreed-upon window to maintain momentum. Expiration timelines are confirmed during onboarding and in your coaching agreement.
Payment plans
Where offered, payment plan terms are described at the time of enrollment. Missed payments may pause scheduling until the account is current.
Coach-initiated changes
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a comparable replacement time or, where appropriate, a credit or refund for that session.
